What started as a very successful crowd funding campaign has now become the Hestan Cue Smart Cooking System. Workshop 16 provided the mechanical engineering development all the way from the initial prototypes, through manufacturing.

safkan otoset

If you had told us that we would help create the most advanced ear cleaning system in the world, we probably wouldn’t believe you. But then Safkan asked Workshop 16 to help them bring their product idea to life. Here we are several years later and we provided the mechanical design and manufacturing support that took their concept all the way through production and have since helped them launch their third generation of the Otoset. We continue to work with Safkan on their upcoming products.

Adroit Surgical brought in Workshop 16 to tackle the mechanical and electrical design of their Vie Scope intubation device to help medical personnel secure a patient’s airway in an emergency situation. Workshop 16 worked closely with their contract manufacturer to launch the completed product in under six months. The Vie Scope is now being used around the world to save lives.

Illumagear

Illumagear and Workshop 16 have worked together on many projects over the years. Our first project was the Halo SL. Workshop 16 worked with Illumagear from start to finish, from initial design all the way through production. We continue to work with them to launch even more products to keep people safe in the work place.

rad power bikes radrunner

Rad Power Bikes are one of the biggest names in the e-bike business. We’ve helped them ever since they were a one man shop. When they asked Workshop 16 to help them design their RadRunner we jumped at the chance. Workshop 16 worked with Rad Power Bikes and their manufacturing partners to create the RadRunner design.
